NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

TAKE NOTICE THAT a general meeting of the shareholders of Niagara Falls Curling Club Limited (the “Corporation”) will be held at the curling club, 5801 Morrison Street, Niagara Falls, Ontario L2E 2E8, for the purpose of considering and approving the special resolution authorizing the Corporation to be continued as a corporation without share capital under the Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, 2010 (Ontario) (the “Continuance”) and cancelling all outstanding shares in the Corporation.

Details of the Continuance are set forth in the Information Circular attached below as SCHEDULE “A”.
