NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS OF THE NIAGARA FALLS CURLING CLUB

As a result of legislative changes to the Corporations Act (Ontario), the NFCC is required to convert from a social club with share capital no later than October 19, 2026, failing which the corporation will be dissolved by the Province. 

The Board has determined that the Corporation should be converted to a Not-for-Profit Corporation to reflect its current operating structure. In order to proceed with the process, the Board must give notice of and call a meeting of the shareholders.

The Board is requesting that any person who holds a share certificate, or has a claim to a share in the NFCC to contact Club Manager Sean Ford at 905 358 6648 or manager@niagaracurling.com.
